Huawei has signed a smart city agreement with Amstelveen. The deal will see the creation of Smart Connective Homes where seniors can continue to live independently. The agreement will run for 2.5 years. Huawei and Amstelveen will collaborate on a proof of concept (POC) on 5-10 homes. Amstelveen is the fifth city to sign a memorandum of understanding with Huawei, after Amsterdam, The Hague, Tilburg and Groningen.
