The municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee (Netherlands) is planning to be energy-neutral in 2020.
One of the steps towards that goal is saving energy on public lightning. With the implementation of CityTouch, a system of Philips, the municipality will save up to 50% energy, right from the start.
